Goal Reached for Little Big Matching Campaign 2012!!!

Thanks to the generosity of our longtime supporter, Joe Massoud, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Connecticut was offered a unique opportunity…

Little Big Matching Campaign 2012 was a chance for us to double the impact of mentoring in Southwestern Connecticut.  Joe has pledged to personally match the funds when Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Connecticut raises $30,000.00 in “new” funding!  We were able to reach this goal from all of your generous support!

Each Big-Little match has an annual price tag of $1,000, which provides recruitment, training, and ongoing support for the volunteer and child. Helping us to meet this challenge will allow 60 more kids to enjoy the benefits of having caring mentors in their lives…better grades, improved relationships with family and peers – in short, a brighter future.

Thank you, Joe, for this generous and impactful gesture!
